Visualization Applications

The ``vidavis`` package was created to visualize radio astronomy visibility and
spectrum data. The application development targets a number of
:ref:`usage settings <design-usage-settings>` as described in the
:ref:`System Design <design-system-design>` section. The visualization
applications will initially include raster and scatter plots.
